Week 6 of Internship Experience

In my last week I've learnt how to Revenue collection and filling and scanning invoice it was my responsibility for that and yes I did it very well as they said.. Unfortuantely my next manager to interview was busy and I ask her if i can send her my questions to answer them she was too nice with me and off course she did it for me..
I enetered the last meeting in my last week and it was about "everyone can tell us their opinion for next year so to start doing it from now and look what it was weak and to turned it to achievement" I learn how to be thoughful as well.. they give you more time to just identify your opinion and to understand it as well..

Week 5 of Internship Experience

I've done 1 interview face to face and conmpleted my week plan of my job which I had learn how to be more responsible from the petty cash and for whom to give, not anyone that needed it. I was about to change my department but they were too busy for that because it was in Decemeber and many many things have to be done in this month, I helped them in everything and they helped me too and trained me well.

Week 4 of Internship Experience

This week, not too much work have done because it is a special week for celeberating our national day. Although, we were too busy designing our SZHP for the National Day which was on Wednesday. I actually done simple things that it was easy to be working on it without any helping from my supervisor and perhaps, my supervisor was busy with her training session in another place but I learned some of the programme policies and accounts with the new employee that she have training for 3 months so, Marwa and I we are learning together as I am working with them.

Week 3 of Internship Experience

This week, I had so many things to be done at the last day of the week which is THURSDAY. I've learnt how to print cheques for the companies which have been always dealing with as a contract between them. Working so hard is the best thing I could do for my learning and internship experience mission, I started to update the credit and debit section in excel where it comes to loans and in which banks, actually mostly has their money transaction in Dubai Islamic Bank as an addition for their total. Time is always wasted in the most important works that is rarely keeping you in free time and that is what I permanently needed none stop working even when you don’t have an office. I started to do a LPO which is meant by Local Purchase Order after doing the contracts payment. Tuesday, I attended an urgent meeting with my manager and all the team work of Accounts and Finance which was about finishing the final parts (what it has to be done) of 2012 before 2013, so we were too busy to be engaged with something else and it was approximately 1 and half hour. Wednesday, I attended an urgent meeting with only my team and manager and it was about the policy which it has been changing in every year because I’m in a sensitive department with completely responsibility of your own. Any mistake you have done, you are the one who will be responsible for it and no one else. I started off every day with my usual milk tea, the one and only hot beverage of all time. As soon as I finished with my last sip, I started mainly around and making sure I greet everyone to enforce my existence in my internship experience place. I’m learning new stuffs every day, it is for today accuracy and networking was the most important one. As I walk through the corridors I can see the employees smiling and waving which is a very good sign meaning and I’m already known to them. I’m able to go past the managers of my department which is a great thing and still I’m on the internship training mission. What I tend to reach is to see the big picture of mine and see where I stand, then draw the plan to make myself a better place, reputation and kindness contribution. I want to go for more than employee where to be as much as I believe I can be. Yes, it is hard never racking, sometimes desperate, but I’m here to build myself and I already started working on it. Hopes are high, self-steam is on the peak, confidence is strong, abilities shall be develop, skills to be improved, spirit is on top, smile is on and my head is above. These aren’t just words written, but expression to my true self which I’m willing to make everyone perceive. With god’s help and my will I believe I have all what it takes to make the best happen….

Week 2 of Internship Experience

In week 2 I've learned how to make the policy statement for all the loans either was a car loans or a house loans even any loans that anybody has in their all organization of Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme. You must be more detailed and more accurate in these things because if you make any mistakes on these, then the whole cheques you have done for these policies are erroneous. This is was one of my difficult things I have ever made because it has all your responsibility if you have been making any errors.

Week 1 of Internship Experience

As I heard from everybody, in the first day of work placement there would be some difficulties but in my opinion I had rather say “Challenges” than “Difficulties”. It was more than normal to me but in more interesting and excitement expression. The first day, I arrived before my HR manager and it was about 1 hour before. I’ve met all of the organization there and my HR manager Miss Hamda AlSuwaidi took me for a tour around every organization to know more about “Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme” which I will be working in as a trainee student. I really had a great time with them and I entered a meeting in my first day with all the managers of finance and account it was quite amazing and yet to know that I met an amazing people there which they were too busy but they made time to let me learn from them and how they works. I liked the environment and the people I work with because they are working as one hand and that what I always wanted. They gave me a list of things to do for every week but actually I didn’t have an office because they don’t have space enough, however, they let me work on their offices instead of them working but they were still working even if I was sitting in their offices. I met with a new working student that was graduated from Zayed University she is still waiting for her office too. What I liked about them that they will make too much efforts just to let be as a comfortable person plus I have never seen Directors who have been always nice to their people as I saw in there and they never been as a Directors because they’re as a friend to them. I learned how to update every single person in housing loans and in cars loans which they have a required system in their computers for this things plus I called companies for cheques collection and more to come.
